Literal Juice of the Day

The thing with juices is that they should be vegetable juices, NOT fruit juices, in order to be healthy and not fattening.

Here’s one of my favourite recipes:
* 8 carrots
* 2 anise stalks
* 3-4 celery stalks
* 2 green apples

Wash and peel the carrots. Wash everything else, and cut up into sections if needed. Juice everything and enjoy.vegetable-juicing-onion
